TEC Equipment's yearly leadership development conference, Better Together, unites members of their leadership team from across their entire footprint. They spend a few days in deep discussion regarding company culture and the path forward. The conference fosters collaboration through interactive case studies, enabling participants to enhance their managerial abilities. Attendees receive practical tools that can be implemented in their daily operations.

PROJECT GOAL

Create thoughtful branded materials and signage for the Better Together event, aiming to both inspire and motivate participants. This event marked its 10th anniversary, symbolized by the letter X in Roman numerals.
